The gluten-free scene in France has definitely changed over the last decade and we were delighted to find some serious GF gems. In Paris, head over to Noglu (2 locations) for the best baguettes you’ll ever have, Boulangerie Chambelland for incredible organic loaves and pastries, or any of the Breizh Café locations for reliably filling and delicious buckwheat galettes. There are also some notable favs from brief travels to Lyon, Nice and Toulouse!
